董家河煤矿综采工作面瓦斯抽采方案设计

Gas Extraction Design of Fully Mechanized Coal Facein Dong Jia He Coal Mine

摘要: 介绍了董家河矿煤层赋存及22518工作面状况,分析了工作面瓦斯涌出规律,针对性的提出以工作面采用交叉钻孔强化预抽、边采边抽,以及工作面回风巷布置高位钻孔抽采上覆邻近煤层卸压瓦斯为主要抽采方法;工作面上隅角埋管抽采空区瓦斯为备用抽采方法。对抽采效果进行检验,测得抽采后的残存瓦斯含量平均值为24m3/t,可解吸瓦斯含量为065~112m3/t,两个指标均满足《煤矿瓦斯抽采达标暂行规定》要求的6m3/t。

Abstract: This paper introduces the conditions of coal seam occurrence and 22518 mining face in Dong Jia He Coal mine, analyzes gas emission law of the mining face. Adopts the cross borehole pre pumping and Side pumping by side mining , while layout high drilling for extraction of overlying coal seam gas in mining face. pipes drainage Upper angle in mining surface for the empty area gas as the standby method. Drainages test effects and finds the residual gas content extraction is 2.4m3/t, desorption gas content ranges from 0.65m3/t to 1.12m3/t, the two indexes less than the 6m3/t in the requirements of "coal mine gas extraction standards Interim Provisions". So as to provide same reference for the gas extraction design of the mining face at coal mines with similar condition
